- Evidence: Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage.

Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a fresh replacement or a 30-day credit note, ensure the following:
- Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Tags: All original tags must remain intact and attached.
- Packaging: Include the original packaging and the purchase bill.
Important Exclusions Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale: Items purchased during sales or promotions.
- Global Orders: Overseas orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
